Our weekend retreats are centered around finding joy and well-being that is always accessible inside us despite what's happening around us. In this world of uncertainty and constant change, we blend uplifting community, engaging workshops, welcoming yoga, inspirational conversations, reflection, and good old fashioned fun to Ignite Your Light.
Four women, comprised of two mother-daughter duos, each passionate about fostering joy, self-compassion, and overall well-being, came together to create a transformative series of women's well-being weekends. Rooted in the shared belief that every woman deserves space to reconnect with her inner self, each weekend is uniquely created with this intention in mind. With a focus on nurturing mind, body, and spirit the founders aim to create a supportive and empowering environment where women come together to brighten their inner light, leaving renewed and ready to share this light with the world.

Join us for interactive, uplifting workshops that give you insight and tools to reconnect to your authentic self, find joy in challenging times, and deepen compassion for yourself and others. Workshops include time for reflection and small group conversation to integrate your insights.
Start your mornings with a welcoming, all level, yoga practice. Sarah brings a unique blend of breathwork, pose, meditation, sound and presence to her classes. Whether you are experienced or new to the practice, classes are designed to help you feel more connected to your body, breath, and soul, leaving you renewed and ready to start the day. Yogic wisdom will be woven throughout the weekend with meditation, mindfulness, and workshops.
We'll kick off our weekend with dinner and a fun and interactive vision board activity creating a collage of words and images inspired by intentions and hopes for the Spring season.
An evening filled with infectious energy, empowering music, and sparkling vibes. Allow your inner light to shine without restraint. Whether you prefer to dazzle in sequins or simply bask in your natural glow, all are welcome to embrace their uniqueness and celebrate the beauty within.
Enjoy delicious meals starting with dinner on Friday night. Nourish your mind, body and soul on Saturday with brunch, light snacks, and dinner. Sunday brunch allows you to relax, reflect and enjoy your final meal with this wonderful community of women.

Laura Martin is an executive, leadership, and positive psychology coach. She specializes in helping clients navigate obstacles, build resiliency, and focus on all aspects of their personal and professional well-being. Laura coaches on the global level and holds an advanced diploma in executive coaching from New York University and certification in positive psychology coaching from The Wholebeing Institute. She is an active member of ICF International Coaching Federation and provides pro-bono coaching services to transitioning military veterans.
Mabeth Hudson is the co-founder of Well for the Journey (wellforthejourney.org), a non-profit that encourages spiritual well-being, connection, and community through its programs. She has been leading programs for over two decades on themes such as living joyfully in stressful times, strengthening resilience, and conscious aging. Mabeth holds a JD from Emory University School of Law and a Masters in Spiritual Care from Loyola University Maryland.
Sarah has a diverse skill set and a deep passion for individual growth and well-being. An owner of coaching and wellness company, Halcyon with Hudson, she blends the intersection of leadership coaching and wellness at both an individual and corporate level. She brings over a decade of corporate experience to her practice, leveraging her background as a CPA and Human Resources leader, in combination with her Leadership and Performance Coaching training through Brown University and her 200h Yoga Teacher Training through Sacred Paths Yoga. Through coaching, mentorship, and wellness offerings like yoga, meditation, and breathwork, Sarah supports individuals on their journey towards self-discovery and living abundant, empowered lives.
Alison is a versatile professional in the fitness industry. She manages SoulCycle Philadelphia and provides training and development to employees throughout the US. With a passion for health, she oversees facilities, trains staff, and collaborates with corporations to design wellness programs and events for their employees. Ali’s dedication extends to community engagement, where she organizes events to inspire and prioritize personal well-being.
Ignite Your Light- the name says it all! This retreat was the reset that I needed. Led by four inspiring, passionate and *fun* women, the weekend is filled with uplifting activities, thoughtful discussions and reflections that don't stop when the retreat is over. I walked away from IYL with fresh goals, useful resources, and a whole new support system. I'm so grateful for this transformative experience!
I've attended two Ignite You Light retreats and they were both wonderful and transformative. I love the opportunity to connect with like-minded women, participate in enriching breathwork and yoga sessions, and disconnect from the busyness of daily life to focus on personal growth. The powerful workshops provide insight coaching, actionable takeaways , and accountability, making them incredibly valueable.
The “Ignite Your Light” weekend with my daughter was one of the most meaningful experiences we've shared in a long time. With both of our busy lives we rarely get a chance to truly connect- but this weekend gave us space to reflect, laugh, and support each other in a way we hadn’t before. We left feeling peaceful, closer, and more in tune with ourselves and each other.
Ignite Your Light was an inspiring and deeply passionate retreat that left me feeling both refreshed and grounded. We dug deep into our perspectives on life, uncovering the power of reframing situations in a way that fosters growth and empowerment. Through it all, we formed a true and honest bond with incredible, vulnerable women, creating a space of trust, transformation, and genuine connection.
Being a mom and a nurse has made me an excellent people pleaser. Self-compassion was not in my vocabulary. Ignite Your Light has taught me the importance of self care and the tools to choose Joy even in difficult and stressful times.
